Novappip (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Novappip trading platform available at novappip.com. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this Policy.

• KYC / identity data: government-issued ID, selfie, proof of address — when required for verification.
• Financial data: deposits, withdrawals, payment method details (e.g. M-Pesa number, card metadata, wallet addresses), and balances.
• Trading data: trades placed, stake sizes, outcomes, history, and bonus/referral activity.
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, operating system, language, time-zone, and cookies/local storage identifiers.
